The 3rd International Conference on "Advances in Power Signal and Information Technology" is poised to be a groundbreaking event, transcending boundaries to explore the latest innovations in the dynamic intersection of power systems, signal processing, and information technology. Scheduled to take place from 23rd May 2025 to 25th May 2025 (at EEE Department, ITER, Siksha O Anusandhan Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar), this conference promises to be a melting pot of ideas, insights, and advancements in these pivotal fields. Attendees can look forward to a diverse array of presentations, workshops, keynote speeches, and panel discussions covering a wide spectrum of topics, including but not limited to: Power Systems and Smart Grids: Exploring the latest trends and challenges in power generation, transmission, distribution, and management, with a special emphasis on smart grid technologies, renewable energy integration, and grid resilience. Signal Processing and Machine Learning: Delving into cutting-edge signal processing techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data analytics methodologies for diverse applications such as communications, image and video processing, biomedical engineering, and more. Information Technology and Cybersecurity: Addressing the evolving landscape of information technology, cybersecurity threats, and solutions, with sessions dedicated to cloud computing, Internet of Things (IoT), cybersecurity frameworks, and digital transformation strategies. Emerging Trends and Future Directions: Providing a glimpse into the future of power, signal, and information technologies, with discussions on emerging trends, disruptive innovations, and potential research directions. With a focus on fostering interdisciplinary approaches, the conference aims to bridge the gap between theory and practice, paving the way for transformative developments in the realms of power, signal, and information technologies.

Furthermore, all presented papers shall be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore (Conference Record #63993). Extended version of selected high quality papers will be invited to publish with IEEE Transaction on Industry Applications and  IEEE Industry Applications Magazine. 

Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan, Deemed to be University (SOA), Bhubaneswar, since its inception in 2007 has been at the forefront of nourishing a learning ambience, encouraging academic research and innovations, and developing well qualified people in all domains. Besides, it has also been ranked 27th in Engineering, 16th in Medical Science, 9th in Dental Science, 8th in Law, 49th in the Research Category and 57th in the Management Categories by NIRF India Rankings 2023. Apart from this, it has also been ranked in the bracket of 301- 400 in Computer Science and Engineering & Technology; 801+ in Health Science by THE World University Ranking-2023. It has been ranked internationally in the bracket of 1001-1200 by QS world university ranking of 2023, besides being ranked in 451-500 ranking bracket in QS Asia University Rankings 2023 and 110 by QS world university ranking of 2023. Engineering, Management, Pharmacy and Hotel Management Programs have been accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA), Govt. of India. The Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and its undergraduate program – B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture have been accredited by Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). The Faculty of Medical Science has been accredited by NABH and the laboratories by NABL. SOA has been recognized as Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (SIRO) by Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR), Govt. of India and has also received UGC Section 12(B) status. It has been awarded Dimond University Rating for outstanding performance by QS-I-GAUGE and is recognized as Institution of Happiness (IOH) in the University & College category by QS-I-GAUGE. Faculty of Engineering & Technology is a constituent of SOA having fourteen departments with more than four hundred faculty members.

 The year 2007 marked the beginning of the Department of EEE. The department's principal goal from the start has been to provide students with a solid foundation in electrical and electronics engineering through rigorous coursework, practical experience, and cutting-edge research at the bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels, with a focus on the design of electrical and electronics systems. This Department is continually working to provide quality research outputs in some areas like Power Systems, Energy Systems, Power Electronics, Semiconductor Devices, Embeded Systems, Control Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Bioinformatics, and IoT Applications. One of the goals of this program is to train future technocrats to be experts in electrical and electronics engineering. In addition this department has four research laboratories and ten laboratories equipped for undergraduate-level research, where students conduct projects that go beyond the curriculum. The department of EEE is accredited by NBA.
